New construction project (Part 3) --The flow of time & Harmony between pine tree and house🎌

The flow of time & Harmony between pine tree and house -- New construction project (Part 3)

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a new housing project for U.S. military-related customers, which was under construction in Yokosuka's Mabori Kaigan suburb.  We had been introducing it as a new construction project for some time.

This is a newly built property based on Japanese design & style.  It is in an attractive location in Mabori Kaigan, which is a longtime popular area for renting houses to customers from the nearby U.S. Navy Base (CFAY).

A magnificent pine tree is located near the property's entrance gate, and three pendant lights peek out from the study window -- all of these give off the feeling of a warm welcome to residents and visitors.

At first glance, the pine tree gives a sense of history to this seemingly modern house, which will be very much appreciated by visitors to Japan.

The front entrance & porch area incorporates a wood-grained lattice design for privacy that complements the exterior design.

Entering the interior, the front-facing tiles (Ecolacut-style), visible through the entrance door, are impressive.

In the study facing the living room, a window has been placed high enough to allow a view of the designer pendant lights.

One can also look at the sky while working.

The living room and dining room look out into the yard area, which has the appearance of a Japanese garden.

You can enjoy Japan's four seasons, relaxing in the garden, or viewing it from the living room.

The kitchen faces the living and dining room area which can be viewed while cooking.  Of note, a gas cooking oven and a large dishwasher are provided.

The pantry provides ample storage space.

The kitchen also allows for direct access to the laundry/washroom for a smooth flow of household chores.

The property has been transformed into a new residence, retaining the well-maintained garden which was originally created by the Japanese owner when he lived there.

This property is filled with the owner's special attention to detail throughout and has a very nice finish.

The land area upon which the house has been rebuilt is large and luxurious.

The house is designed to be easy to live in, even for U.S. military-related customers who have arrived to work in Japan, while still maintaining a sense of harmony.

The well-maintained garden, with its sense of history, is a relaxing place where visitors to Japan can enjoy a comfortable life as well as harmony.

From now on, my company and I will support the owner and future tenants through the process of rental management.

This, the first new construction project I was involved in, was tough -- but at the same time enjoyable.

Every step of the process was new to me, and I will never forget the feeling of updating myself with new experiences and knowledge every day as I learned and absorbed new ideas.

I was deeply moved when the things we discussed and thought about to make a good result -- even though it was only a small effort -- came to fruition such a satisfactory way.

From here on out, my company and I will work hard to recruit and manage the project.

Our company has a wealth of information on land suitable for lease to U.S. military-related customers, and we offer building construction plans and financial plans to our clients according to their budgets and other factors.

We will assist you in stable real estate management by maximizing our know-how with house builders, construction companies, and other contractors with whom we have business relationships according to your needs.

Please feel free to contact us.
