Moving from one dwelling to another is a complicated process and requires planning and execution of many actions of varying difficulty. There is also an emotional factor involved in leaving someplace which served as your comfortable home and then making a new start in a house or apartment in which you have never lived before. Moving becomes even more challenging when you have to travel overseas to a different country, and your household goods are packed, stored in warehouses, and then transported over long distances via ships or aircraft. In the course of doing household moves, things can sometimes go wrong, and need to be dealt with accordingly. But sometimes, rare though it may be, everything goes as planned with no glitches or problems, and your advance planning and actions are all on-point. In Japan, there is an old proverb which relates to such good results, and it goes as follows: 百発百中 "Hyaku-hatsu Hyaku-chu". The character 百/hyaku = one hundred, 発/hatsu = shots, and 中/chu = hits --- so the saying can be translated as "One hundred shots, One hundred hits", and the obvious meaning is: "Total success", as all your shots have hit the bullseye. We certainly hope that when you move over here to your new dwelling in Japan that everything will flow completely according to plan. However, in case something doesn't go well, there is another Japanese proverb about not giving up and to persevere until things are corrected, it goes: 七転び八起き ""Nana-korobi, Ya-oki", and is explained in more detail at the link below.
