House Building Project

Mabori Kaigan Overlooking Prefectural Route 208 (Part 1)

Hello everyone.

The new House construction project we are introducing today is intended for future rental to U.S. military-related customers.  It will be built on a land area of approximately 280 square meters (3010 square feet) and the house will have a total floor space of approximately 186 square meters (2000 Square feet).

This will be one of our largest rental housing properties for U.S. military-related customers.

The plans and specifications for this project are focused on insulation and airtightness.  We are also planning to hold on-site tours for the property owner as the construction progresses.  Please feel free to contact us.

The demolition is complete, and the site is vacant.

We'd like to give you a brief introduction to this property, which is about to undergo a "Jichin-sai" ground-breaking ceremony.

Exterior perspective drawing

Please take a close look at the large roof-like eave/canopy overhanging the front entrance to the house.

The canopy is not connected to the roof and is attached independently above the front windows and door.

Such a large canopy not only will protect you from direct sunlight but also will help to keep you dry when folding up your umbrella or taking out your keys on a rainy day.

In recent years, we have been adopting covered porches, which use canopy-roofs supported by pillars.  This design creates a deeper and wider space compared to using regular eaves and allows us to move closer to an American style.

The photo shows the parking lot before demolition.

I would also like to take a look at the exterior.

Before demolition there were some steps.

Since a difference in elevation will remain after demolition, the path from the parking lot to the yard must also be calculated.

This is a simple but important point.

Thank you for reading this far.

In the past, the area around Routes 208 & 209 in Mabori Kaigan was a shallow beach, and it was bustling with beachgoers at one time.  It's a strange feeling to think that there are now many fine houses standing there.

We will continue to track the progress of this new house construction project until completion, so please check back for the next update.

We will assist you in stable real estate management by combining our know-how with house manufacturers, construction companies, and other companies with a proven track record of doing business with you according to your needs.  Please feel free to contact us.
