Connecting to the Future in Tsurugaoka (Part 3)

Construction of New House for U.S. Military-related Customers  (Part 3)

https://www.iino.cc/blog/7939/

The new residential building under construction in Tsurugaoka is finally complete!  It is a large house with total floorspace of about 180 square meters (1940 square feet) and is located about 15 minutes by car from Yokosuka U.S. Navy Base (CFAY).

It has become a special home that has been carefully designed.

It is a luxurious dwelling that you would never expect to be a rental property.

There were various decisions to be made before the project was completed, so we had to hold many coordination and planning meetings.

Our company provided advice on floor plans and specifications that would be preferred by the U.S. military-related customers who would be renting the house.  After that, the property owner took the lead in selecting the products when it came to the interior design and detailed installations.

For the washstand, we adopted a stylishly designed product that looks like it was custom made.

The washstand's fashionable appearance creates a space that resembles a powder room.

The uniform color scheme blends in with the atmosphere of the room and gives it a neat and clean look.

The space under the sink on the right side is divided into drawers and movable shelves, so you can use them to store different items and keep things tidy.

Another point of interest in this project is the kitchen!  Please take a look at the dishwasher.  It is so large that you would think it is for commercial use.

Generally, dishwashers are installed that are 45 centimeters wide, but in this case, it is a whopping 60 centimeters wide.

The dishwasher also has two levels/shelves, so it can thoroughly clean a large number of dishes, such as for large families.

Since some of the exterior construction work was being carried out for the first time, and we were able to visit the site during that process!  (We also helped out a little.)

This is a picture of permeable soil base being installed.

I personally really learned a lot from observing this new house construction process and it was a very interesting project with many highlights.

We have already decided on a tenant and are currently making final arrangements for occupancy.

In the future, we will not only support property owners through rental management but also help tenants with their life in Japan.

Our company has a wealth of information on properties suitable for rental to U.S. military-related customers, and we propose building plans and financial plans to our customers based on their budgets, etc.

We will assist you in stable real estate management by maximizing the concentration of our know-how with housebuilders, construction companies, and other contractors with whom we have business dealings, according to your needs.
