In this article we would like to introduce a convenient Japanese business service which helps you to live smoothly in a rental house or apartment.  This company is called: "GI Pay Bill Pay Service".  They automatically pay your rent and utilities bills -- and it has been operating successfully since 1999.  Many unaccompanied U.S. Navy-related customers, who rent dwells rent in the Yokosuka City and Miura Peninsula areas, are assigned to ships or other units which sometimes go on lengthy deployments, so their homes become unoccupied for quite a while.
