There are times when, despite being prepared and making good efforts, things just don't go as well as expected, or problems crop-up, and it seems like the day ended in disappointment. But there is always a possibility to get things back on track and improve, because, as the old saying goes: "Tomorrow is another day." The Japanese version of this proverb is: 明日は明日の風が吹く (Ashita wa ashita no kaze ga fuku). 明日/ashita = Tomorrow, 風/kaze = wind, and 吹く/fuku = blow; and the literal translation is something like: "Tomorrow, tomorrow's winds will blow." In Japan, not only human or business factors can cause setbacks or difficulties, but also natural forces, like the recurring floods, typhoons, and earthquakes. So, the wisdom of this proverb is that we should not lose hope, rather be practical and use each new day to move forward, fix problems, and make things better.
