History continually accumulates on the land -- Building a new house in Mabori Kaigan, where a family can gather together in spacious rooms, and with a specially-designed kitchen-dining area (Part 1)

The Mabori Kaigan residential district in Yokosuka City is well-known for its "Sea Breeze" pedestrian road (うみかぜの路, Umi-Kaze no Michi) facing Tokyo Bay, as well as being the location of the large "Yuraku no Sato" public bath and health spa. Also, a highway leading to the nearby historic and scenic Hashiri-mizu and Kannon-zaki areas, runs through Mabori Kaigan. The land there is flat and it is only about a seven-minute walk from local homes to the train station. Additionally, there is a supermarket, convenience stores, and some other retail businesses in Mabori Kaigan, which are handy for shopping. Finally, there is a nearby on-ramp to a major expressway, which allows direct driving access up to Yokohama, Tokyo, and elsewhere. Base on all of these factors, Mabori Kaigan has become a popular Yokosuka suburb, with comfortable living conditions.
