Our "Big House" (1,915 sq ft) project report (Part 1)

We have been expectantly moving forward with building a new rental house in Yokosuka's Mabori Kaigan district, which is a popular area for U.S. military-related customers.

We have worked on this project with an owner of investment properties in Mabori Kaigan. The owner decided to make a renewed purchase of a real estate plot and thereafter use the land to build-from-scratch two houses intended for renting to U.S. military customers. The size of the land plot is 71 坪 (tsubo), which is around 2,723 sq ft., and is very right-sized for our intended construction. The street in front of the property is a comfortable six meters wide (around 20 feet.) The land plot is located a short distance from Yokosuka's U.S. Navy base; and the surrounding area is flat, well-developed urban land, with a well-equipped and easy-to-use network of roads.
