The Story of Iino Real Estate's Shonan Takatori Rental House Rebuilding Project (Part 4)

The subject of the project was a house which had been rented for many years to customers from the U.S. military. Upon the departure of the most recent tenants, and due to the aging and deterioration of the house, the owners were thinking about selling it. However, we offered them a proposal to build a new house on the same piece of land. We explained the latest information on renting to U.S. military customers, and took them to see several new houses which our company was building under the same scheme. The owners thereafter agreed to rebuild a new rental house, and our project began to move forward.
